We'll visit your home to assess the space you want to transform. This visit allows us to talk through your vision for the space, inspect the condition of the area, and sketch a conceptual design. This phase is essential for us to have an efficient construction process.
In this phase, you'll finalize your choice of materials and receive a detailed proposal outlining the project cost. Additionally, you'll receive a separate price for the architect's blueprints and any required design permits.
We'll create and sign a contract that includes the exact pricing schedule, work schedule, and other specifics. This helps us set expectations and creates accountability for our team.
Before we get to work, we'll have a walkthrough with Ricardo, Jose, and your lead carpenter to discuss the following steps so you know what to expect.
While we work our magic on your home, we'll keep you updated and informed weekly about everything happening to your home.
When our work is complete, our team will ensure your home is ready for you to use immediately. When we finish, you won't even know we were there.
Before we leave, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything looks exactly how you want.
